The Transformation

The project began with a complete redesign of the website to align with Beyond Storage’s updated branding. The new design was clean, modern, and reflective of the company’s high-quality service and customer-focused values.

A key feature was the design and development of an online booking flow. I mapped out a simple, intuitive process for customers to check availability, select storage options, and confirm their booking—all without needing to contact staff directly. I collaborated closely with developers to ensure the system was technically sound and fully functional.
