Setting the Scene
GAA Design, a collective of architects and designers, had made their mark creating distinctive residential communities across the UK. However, their website no longer reflected their ambition. They wanted more than a facelift, they wanted to evolve their brand, stand out from the typical architectural aesthetic, and create a digital presence that spoke directly to developers.

The Challenge
The leadership team wanted to move beyond simply showcasing attractive design imagery and instead highlight the tangible business outcomes their work delivers, particularly the ROI clients can expect when partnering with them.
They also saw an opportunity to make their website more useful for potential clients. By offering a simple way to check project feasibility before getting in touch, GAA could streamline their client acquisition process while providing valuable insights upfront, building trust and delivering value from the very first interaction.
Pain points
Overemphasis on visuals
No way for clients to see ROI
The Transformation
To tackle these challenges, I led a comprehensive rebrand that gave GAA a bold, distinctive visual identity. Unique colour choices, a refined design system, and a modern digital presence were crafted to set them apart from competitors.
ROI was placed front and center. Through clear, bold numerical data, the site communicates exactly what clients can expect to gain from working with GAA, reinforcing their results-driven approach.
A standout feature is the interactive project calculator, prominently featured on the homepage. This tool lets potential clients quickly assess the feasibility of their projects before reaching out, providing transparency, valuable insights, and immediate utility, all at the very first interaction.
